BrandConnect prefers your logo in a Vector Format saved as an eps or ai file. It can then be manipulated, enlarged and decreased without affecting the quality of the object.

Be sure to let us know if you have a very strict date. We are happy to try to accommodate urgent orders, but any extraordinary expenses will be passed on. A rush order surcharge could also apply.

As a guide, locally available items are produced in 2-4 weeks. Custom made (offshore) items are produced in 4-6 weeks (small items via air freight) or 10-12 weeks (via sea freight).

Absolutely. We do prefer you to make an appointment. We can then make sure we are free to discuss your requirements; you can look at samples of our work & have a coffee!

Most printers will produce an extra 5% – 10% of the items ordered to account for possible print issues. In most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the extra pieces. An underrun is the rare case in which fewer items are produced.

Most printers will set a minimum number of custom items to make sure the job is profitable.
