Free Samples – See before you buy


BrandConnect Plus members can order free samples to help with the purchase decision.


We will even pay for delivery.


Here’s how it works:


• BrandConnect will provide samples up to the value of $10 to our qualified BrandConnect Plus members.


• Samples of higher value will be pre-invoiced and credited back if returned within 5 working days or if an order is placed.*


• Samples can be ordered online by simply clicking “Request a Sample” on any product page OR through an Account Manager – Monday to Friday 8:30am-5.00pm on 08 9328 6400


• Once you become a customer you can expect an increasingly lenient sample policy as we continue to work together on future projects.


• Due to occasional misuse of our sample policy, we reserve the right to refuse free samples to any party at our discretion.
