Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of promotional products which are custom made, decorated and branded products are not able to be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. We will arrange the collection of any faulty items and replace them, or refund that cost to you once they are received at our warehouse.

Refunds

If applicable, refunds will be made depending on how the payment was made. Payments made by credit card will be refunded directly to that card and payments made by bank transfer will be refunded to your bank account. You may also receive a credit note if that is preferred. This will be done once we have received the faulty items back at our warehouse or have made other arrangements with you.
