We’re not sure whether they’re just not aware, but we’re here to let you know that we want you to request them from us. We love it when you do!

We mostly supply unbranded products, but for a small cost we are able to provide samples printed with your logo. This can be important if you are purchasing a large volume.

Perhaps you’re thinking, “What’s in it for you?” If you’re thinking that there are hidden charges or obligations in exchange, then you’re wrong! Our samples are complimentary and obligation-free. However, there are limits.

• New customers or not registered: You can order samples under $10 for free. An initial order limit of 3 free samples applies to new customers. High-value items may incur a charge; plus $5 to cover shipping and handling.
• Account customers (with an annual spend of $5,000+ and a minimum of 3 orders): We send most items excluding high-value items and multiple sample requests. This is valid only for the 30 days that the account is active.
• Brandconnect Plus customers: We send most items excluding high-value items and multiple sample requests.
